How do I pay you?
Payments are processed via Stripe, allowing for secure online transactions with any debit or credit card. We typically request a 50% deposit to initiate your project, with the remaining balance due after your final website review and before the official launch and domain transfer.
Do I own my website?
Upon final payment, you will own the website's domain and content. However, the original design templates, unique code, and specific customizations developed for your project remain our intellectual property. This means while you can manage and edit the website, the proprietary elements used to build your site are licensed to you for use exclusively on the provided domain and cannot be resold or used for other projects without our consent.
Our agreement will also permit us to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. You will have full back-end access upon completion and full payment, maintaining control over your content and daily operations. If the service is terminated beforehand, you retain the domain and any content you've supplied or compensated for, but you would need to seek new design and development services for any further modifications or use beyond the original site. This approach ensures your rights as a website owner while protecting our creative and technical contributions.
