Thank you for choosing QNVC for your web design needs. The following Terms of Sale apply to our web design packages and services offered on our website, QNVC.com.

1. Web Design Packages

We offer three main web design packages:

• Starter Package: Priced at $499, this package includes a 3-page mobile-friendly web design, a blog, local search engine optimization, social media links, and basic Google Analytics setup.
• Standard Package: Priced at $1,199, this package offers 7 custom pages, enhanced SEO, advanced mobile & tablet responsive design, social media integration, email collection setup, comprehensive Google Analytics with custom dashboard, page speed optimization, image compression, contact form and subscription form integration, and 2 revision rounds.
• Professional Package: Priced at $2,499, it includes 12 custom pages, premium mobile responsiveness, superior SEO, extensive social media integration, Google Analytics with advanced reporting, live chat feature, advanced contact forms, custom graphic design elements, video embedding, and 5 revision rounds.

2. Project Timelines

• Starter Package: 1-2 weeks from the start date.
• Standard Package: 2-3 weeks from the start date.
• Professional Package: 4-6 weeks from the start date.

3. Payment

Full payment is required upfront to commence work on any web design package. We accept payments through Stripe, our secure payment service provider.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Note that refunds are not available once the final product has been delivered and all revisions have been completed to the client’s satisfaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs provided by QNVC.com will remain the property of QNVC until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, the client will obtain ownership of the final design.

7. Liability

QNVC.com is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QNVC operates.

9. Changes to Terms of Sale

QNVC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. We recommend clients review these terms frequently.
