1. General Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our web design services, QNVC does not offer refunds once the final product has been handed off to the client and all agreed-upon revisions have been completed and accepted. Our process is designed to ensure that the client’s satisfaction is met through a collaborative effort and multiple revision opportunities.

2. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled or postponed by the client, all monies paid are retained by QNVC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

3. Revisions and Approvals

Before finalizing a project, clients are entitled to a predefined number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. The purpose of the revision process is to ensure client satisfaction within the scope of the agreement. Once the client approves the designs and final revisions are made, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests in the following situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If QNVC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services under the terms of the service agreement without a valid reason.
• If the final product is not delivered within a significantly extended timeline without prior agreement or reasonable excuse.

In such instances, we reserve the right to determine the validity of the complaint and the amount of refund.
